Job description

We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, days only, alternate weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Outwood. *We can offer a combination of 6/12 hour shifts with varying start times & finishes* Located in Horsforth, a charming village in the suburbs of Leeds, Outwood is a specialist residential service for adults. We provide outcome focused care for individuals with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
