THE ROLE:
A talented and astute Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is either Newly Qualified or up to 3 years’ PQE is required to join a thriving team on a permanent basis. The appointed Solicitor will be technically strong, and highly proficient in your provision of creative and commercially viable solutions to varied legal challenges. The firm’s clients are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to provide legal advice across a wide range of matters to include Shareholder disputes, Alternative dispute resolution (ADR), Banking and finance disputes, Company disputes, Debt recovery, Injunctions, Intellectual property disputes, Professional negligence, and Sports disputes. You will be working directly with solicitors who are regarded as experts in their field, you will be handling your own caseload of matters with client contact from day one. This role is an excellent opportunity and will provide the successful Solicitor with the chance to gain valuable experience in this area of law.
THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors or Solicitors with up to 3 years’ experience in Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate for this position will have a client following as well as an aptitude for business development and be confident in their ability. The appointed Legal Professional will have good time and risk management skills and have experience in acting as part of a large team on substantial commercial disputes. You will be technically strong, and highly proficient in your provision of creative and commercially viable solutions to varied legal challenges.
