Job description
Responsible for the creation of All-Over-Print patterns and placement artwork across the full product range, the Garment & Textile Print Designer will ensure that the exceptionally high standards for which the brand is known are upheld. This pivotal role connects the Design, Buying & Graphic teams, so excellent communication and exacting attention to detail is key. You will use your creativity and knowledge to research & produce on-brand designs, while demonstrating a sound understanding of the technical considerations.

A strong understanding of print processes and illustrative skills are essential for this role.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Design and develop on-brand AOP patterns for application across multi-products.
- Creating placement artwork for application across multi-product, including apparel, accessories and homeware.
- Create innovative, on-brand garment graphics which enhance the visual product appeal, taking into consideration current trends and technical constraints.
- Produce and deliver production print-ready files to suppliers & manufacturers.
- Work closely with the Design, Buying & Graphic teams to ensure all garment placement and AOP graphics are provided in line with the Critical Path and brand identity.
- Conduct research into emerging graphic and print trends, ensuring we continue to push creative boundaries and stay ahead of our competitors.
- Methodical and extremely organised workflow with excellent attention to detail.
- Meet expected KPI volumes and approval rating. Adhere to brand tone of voice, understanding the global customer demographic, providing a balance between creativity and commerciality.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Design Team.
- Produce artwork for garment sundries, including but not limited to, labels and packaging.
- Support in creating various digital design assets where needed, across a range of commercial and marketing outputs.
- Curate, and develop the Disturbia personality through deep understanding of our brand. This role outline does not limit your duties and Disturbia may, from time to time, require you to undertake any other work within your capacity and appropriate to your seniority within the Company.

Skills / Experience:
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Design degree or similar.
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and illustrative skills.
- Strong knowledge of print processes & garment construction.
- Excellent All-Over-Print pattern design ability and experience.
- Experience with Pantone and colour-matching.
- Able to create in line with brand voice and tone.
- Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and projects.
- A strong enthusiasm for the fashion industry and trend awareness.
- Confidence, self-motivation with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proactive and solution led
- E-Commerce experience is beneficial
