Overview
A large global pharmaceutical company based in Hammersmith are looking for someone to provide adminisitrative support to the Director and other senior members of the team. This will be a temporary position to begin with, progressing onto a permanent contract for the right position.
Salary: £15/hour (temp), £30,000 – £32,000 (perm)
The Role
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director, UK, and Senior Management Team
- Also providing administrative support to the Wider Management team as and when required
- Being the first point of contact for external queries
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office including coordination of meeting room bookings, refreshments, transport and travel requests, stationery etc.
Key Skills/Experience
- Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Exceptional administrative skills with high levels of attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to successfully and effectively meet deadlines
- Has a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude and possesses the tenacity to effectively support the team
- Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills
- Confident in dealing with people at all levels of seniority
- Excellent listening and questioning skills to ensure external stakeholders/visitors are dealt with appropriately
- Highly organized with good multi-tasking skills in order
- Ability to work under pressure
- Tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts and communications
