An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Cirencester, Gloucestershire area.

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include: - You'll support the Home Manager in managing the Home, with a particular emphasis on clinical leadership
- To ensure that an excellent standard of nursing care is set, delivered and maintained at all times
- You'll carry out initial assessments of potential residents, supporting them and their families through the process
- You'll produce individual care plans, administer medication and provide strong care knowledge, leadership, support and guidance to the nursing and care teams
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: - Previous line management experience in an elderly care environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Committed to promoting and developing the highest standards of care
- You'll be a positive role model, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to get along with others
- A supportive leader, you'll motivate your team to deliver the best possible care to our residents at all times
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £41,495 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 37.5 hours a week working from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
