This is an exciting role that offers a diverse range of responsibilities and plenty of variation. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team as a Bodyshop Technical Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop resources effectively to meet departmental budgets.
- Ensure clear communication of customer requirements within the department.
- Calculate and oversee the efficient utilisation of workshop resources.
- Monitor individual and workshop efficiencies to meet key performance indicators.
- Plan work distribution among the team based on skill sets.
- Coordinate workshop and service reception to update customers on vehicle progress.
- Maintain workshop standards in compliance with brand requirements.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer service standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain safe working practices and adhere to business standards.
- Drive workshop efficiency and conduct road tests with customers to identify faults.
- Assist with warranty processes and job card management.
- Conduct morning meetings to review jobs and implement improvements for first-time fixes.
- Focus on enhancing Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and maintain a balance between productivity and team management.
- Perform final quality control sign-off for all workshop jobs.
Requirements
- Background as an MET Technician.
- Competency in numeracy, literacy, and IT.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, capable of delegating tasks and motivating the team.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.
- Possession of a full UK driving license.
