As a manager I translate the strategy into action, executing relevant plans brilliantly and am the ‘go to’ person for my function. I typically lead an operating unit or I am a subject matter expert.
Job Summary:
I business partner the Personalisation and Telecoms leadership. I own the finance plan and support & challenge the teams to deliver the strategic agenda.
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure a clear strategy in place for each business, delivery against targets, working together on forecasts and driving corrective action
- Partnering Telecoms leadership team to deliver P&L target, Optimise channel mix, and grow Clubcard participation
- Partnering Personalisation team to grow sales, enhance redemption rates and delivery more personalised rewards.
- Generating insightful analysis and insight to support decision making. Proactively identifying issues and working to resolve.
- Bringing financial scrutiny to commercial business plans and supporting stakeholders to deliver project-based proposals from inception through to completion. Ensure priority projects are managed, resourced and delivered effectively.
- Challenging the business teams on plans and forecast to ensure robustness and consistency.
- Building the LTP and Budgets
- Developing talent in a team of finance business partners.

- To be a qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)
