Job description

Eden Scott are delighted to be supporting our client in the oil & gas industry seeking a Crewing Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting personnel logistics operations and working in conjunction with other stakeholders internally to ensure offshore personnel needs are dealt with efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure vessels are appropriately staffed with qualified, certified, and medically fit offshore personnel adhering to national, international and company-specific standards.
• Collaborate with external travel companies to guarantee the timely deployment of offshore personnel for vessels/projects overseeing all required documentation.
• Provide personnel being mobilized or demobilized with accurate travel information promptly.
• Maintain precise scheduling and mobilization/demobilization details in the MAPS personnel planning system.
• Serve as the main contact for operational matters related to assigned vessels, responding promptly to inquiries from offshore staff.

Application Requirements:

• Working experience of training and competencies required for offshore personnel.
• Versatile and forward thinking approach to tasks and ability to work across several tasks.
• Well organised and strong coordination skills.
• Proficient with IT.
