Role: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Runcorn

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Automation company providing a wide range of services to the Medical Device, Life Science and Consumer Goods industry, and high-profile clients. Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for an
Electrical Design Engineer to join on a permanent basis.
The role of the
Electrical Design Engineer will involve specifying equipment, production of schematic drawings, single line diagrams, panel sizing and component layouts. Inspection and electrical testing of systems will also be required as well as assisting with commissioning.
Key Responsibilities: - Commissioning of automated systems drives and controls.
- Understanding of machinery regulations
- Extensive knowledge of BS7671 IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regs
- Excellent CE&I design capabilities.
- Ability to develop technical solutions to meet project and customer expectations.
Key Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of a Batchelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Client facing skills.
