Job Role: IT Project Manager

Location: Office in Stockport, hybrid working model

Package: £50-£55k plus £5250 car allowance, hybrid working model, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, medicash, perks at work

Our client needs your skills and expertise to help deliver IT projects within the Change Management team. Due to multiple acquisitions within the company in recent times, you will be focussing on the implementation of new systems to allow for more streamlined IT solutions across the board.

There is a lot to go at here and you will have a lot of autonomy.

Working with the Head of Projects, you’ll be the main IT Project Manager and as such, can look forward to a variety of technology projects across infrastructure, cloud, network and platforms.

Not only that, you will be working for a company that turnover hundreds of millions a year, employ thousands of staff and are only continuing to grow so lots of career progression on offer if that’s what you’re after!

The person

Leading these projects will require a good, broad understanding of all things IT; infrastructure, networks, cloud, platforms and desktop. You’ll need prior experience of delivering IT projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment.

Prince 2 or similar methodology would be assumed but we’re not being specific on having a certain style or qualification.

We are looking for somebody North West based, someone who is flexible enough to go into the office and travel to customer sites as and when necessary. Hybrid work is on offer but no two weeks will be the same and depending on the project you will need to be flexible.
