Your role as Business Development Manager / Account Manager:
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to existing clients and prospects, engaging them with our cutting-edge solutions.
- Sales Superstar: Create compelling sales quotations, follow up on customer feedback, and negotiate when needed to seal the deal.
- Project Management: Be the maestro of project timing plans, understand the technical and engineering aspects of customer projects, and provide technical reports as necessary.
- Client Relations: Meet with customers to discuss their project requirements and provide expert support in Design for Manufacture (DFM) activities.
- Knowledge Sharing: Assist in maintaining and evolving technical documents, keeping them current with the latest industry advancements.
- Stay In-the-Know: Attend industry trade shows to keep up to date with the latest technologies and represent them during company presentations at customer sites and trade shows.
- Supplier Collaboration: Manage and support suppliers to ensure they continue to deliver excellence.
The Ideal Business Development Manager / Account Manager:
- Automotive Enthusiast: Experience in the automotive industry, either as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role, is a plus.
- Technical Wizardry: A knack for technical knowledge, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proven Growth Champion: A track record of driving growth and profitability, as well as expanding and nurturing an existing customer base.
- Passion for the Industry: While not mandatory, a genuine passion for the automotive industry is a bonus!
