Drama Specialist Role: - Drama Instruction: Conduct dynamic drama lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of students, fostering creativity, communication skills, and self-expression.
- Individualized Support: Provide personalized assistance to students, adjusting teaching methods and strategies to accommodate diverse needs and abilities.
- Collaborative Approach: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and support staff to create and implement effective intervention plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for students.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track students' progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Extra-Curricular Activities: Contribute to the broader school community by actively participating in drama-related extracurricular activities, such as school productions or drama clubs.
The successful candidate will: - Drama Expertise : Possess a strong background in drama, either as a qualified drama specialization or as an unqualified teacher with extensive experience in teaching drama who must be a graduate.
- Adaptability and Patience: Display adaptability and patience when working with students who may have diverse abilities and communication styles, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaboration Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Safeguarding Commitment: Show dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, understanding the importance of adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
