Job description

Are you at the top of your game in Mechanical Engineering?
As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll role will be essential in bringing this high-performance company into the next phase of the growth. Spanning across the competitive yachting and automotive industry, this role will see you as the right hand to the Head of Design and encompassing the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Design to develop new products and expand the size range of existing ones.
• Seeing projects from concept through to prototype and production
• Lead both existing and new projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from concept to final drafting.
• Undertaking engineering design and FE Analysis including hand calcs
• Creating concept engineering drawings and modelling
• Mentoring and supporting junior designers
• Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers
