Sugarman are currently seeking a Health Care Assistant to provide care and support to an older lady who lives at home in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
You would become an essential part of her existing care team in this fulfilling and caring role. She has Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and has an impaired memory which means she is unable to weigh up and make complex decisions
She is a very independent lady, sociable and loves a chat. She likes going out and playing bingo with her friends.Full clinical training will be provided by Sugarman's clinical educator, so this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to upskill and make a real difference to a service users Wellbeing.
