WHERE IS THE ROLE LOCATED? You choose whether you work remotely from the Eastern Counties, hybrid or entirely at the office near Norwich
TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE?
- Most Technical Managers have developed and helped with product sales and distribution, but not many have done it on a truly global level
- Working on multiple products and brands brings a level of complexity that will make you a better Technical Lead
- You’ll work on a range of generic and own brand products, helping to advise the excellent sales managers and share your knowledge in order to expand their market share via direct sales and through your own contacts in distribution
- Your appointment will have an immediate impact, with daily reports and information that will enable the business and team to make effective business decisions
- You’ll do all this for a company that doesn’t cut corners and will give you everything you need to be successful
- You’ll have a progression plan from day one, meaning their support will match your ambition
- You’ll work for one of the UK’s most ambitious Ag Chem businesses, with dozens of their own products already, helping them achieve their mission to bring affordable crop protection to everyone
WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED?
- A BASIS holder with a strong technical understanding of crop protection but also of how a farmer thinks when it comes to using and applying the product.
- Established relationships with distributors and how they each operate
- An ability to speak either French, Spanish or German would be helpful but not a necessity
- Requirement of holding a current driving licence
