responsible for organising the weekend food offering
My client has just created a new position to support kitchen midweek and run their own section at the weekend
* weekend set up is breakfast and brunch consisting of baked goods and brunch offering
* freedom to create within financial guidelines
* double time on bank holidays
* Able to work alone and be confident talking to customers
* Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes and menu specifications
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
* Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
* Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
