Are you looking to join a dynamic team within a market-leading organisation? The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join our client's service department in Loughborough.
This role offers the opportunity to be a valued member of a diverse and fun team, supporting the processing and despatching of orders for their UK customer base. Responsibilities:
- Process and despatch orders for sales and distribution orders.
- Create orders and promptly send acknowledgments.
- Manage invoices and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced office environment.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines. Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Packages.
