Job description
We currently have a new exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join a growing family-run SME based in Worcester. As a Customer Service Executive you will will act as a liaison, provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key duties and responsibilities....
- First response on phone answering, transferring to the relevant internal recipient.
- Entering all conversational history onto Business Central.
- Booking on export orders with the relevant courier and providing all documentation accompanied with this process.
- Providing daily tracking links to customers
- Booking in deliveries for customers
- Providing ETA’s for customers over the phone

Hours: Full Time – 07.00 – 17.00 / Monday / Friday
