Job Description

The German speaking Senior Legal Counsel position based in High Wycombe will involve the following responsibilities:

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of different commercial contracts
• Be the main point of contact for German speaking markets
• Support internal teams with marketing and promotional incentives; including Terms & Conditions and POS materials
• Provide support with litigation matters
• Support different stakeholders across the business
• Identify any legal risks
• Communication with external lawyers when required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the German speaking Senior Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of contract review and drafting
• Previous in house legal experience would be an advantage
• Strong work ethic
• able to work to strict deadlines
