Job description
What you will do in your working day
The role will include the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation in order to:
- Write letters or emails, process orders, perform financial processes, record and analyse data. Examples include MS Office & Sage Accountancy software.
- Able to choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem. Able to update and review databases, record information and produce data analysis where required.
- Maintain records and files, handle confidential information in compliance with the organisation's & legal procedures.
- Manages resources e.g. equipment or facilities. Organise meetings and events, takes minutes during meetings and create action logs as appropriate.
- Effectively plan, lead and manage small projects.
- Procurement & planning support for key projects & clients
- Maintain, Support & develop data analysis for key company certification including NQA ISO90001:2015 Quality & Environmental Policy, CHAS, Nett Positives and the Carbon Reduction Action Plan
The training you will be getting
The successful Candidate Will work towards a Level 3 in Business Admin.
Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.
