Job Description

This is a Senior Accounts Payable role working within a team of AP clerks within an International Shared Service Centre.

Duties to include:

Documentation of AP processes

Expense processing using Concur

Working closely purchasing department to improve quality of invoice and purchase order matching

Identify opportunities to automate invoice processing using OCR system

Become the super user for SAP

Business partnering within international counterparts

The Successful Applicant

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage

Understanding of OCR systems is essential

Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

PTP and SSC background

Strong level of Excel
