What will you do?
- Act as the Professional Support Lawyer to the full corporate team
- This is a non-fee earning role
- Provide support to the corporate & commercial services division
- Ensure fee earners are informed of new laws and developments as they arise
- Undertaking legal research, create and update templates and precedents
- Research & provide technical training
- Prepare seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients
- Assist colleagues with preparing pitch documents & bids
What will you need?
- At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally you will already be practicing at Associate or Senior Associate level
- To have been a corporate lawyer
- The ability & desire to be creative and deliver training in an interactive & interesting way
- Previous PSL experience would be an advantage, but definitely not essential
