Working 5 days over 7, predominately working in the events kitchen but could also cover the Breakfast/Restaurant Kitchen.

A Chef de Partie is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.
- You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section.
- You enjoy leading your section and your Commis Chefs to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
