Job description

The post holder with regard to Electrical Inspection will provide an inspection and measurement service on allocated construction sites, ensuring contract standards are maintained in respect of Statutory Regulations, materials and workmanship. The post holder inspects and measures works completed at various stages throughout construction, maintains detailed records and forwards these records and measurements to the Contract Administrator/Project Manager/Clerk of Works..

Responsibilities

• To maintain a daily diary monitoring site activities. Also to present and clearly communicate to the Clerk of Works/Contract Administrator/Project Manager (as appropriate) by email. See candidate information pack for full details.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline Plus 1 years relevant experience working within a Building/Construction Function.
