About the Role
A new opportunitybecame available at one of the Restaurants within a group, for chefs of anylevel to join their team. The restaurant brings the best of the Mediterranean ,a modern oasis with an open-plan layout, complete with a bar, offering aperfect setting to savor pre or post-shopping beverages. The culinaryexperience includes all-day tapas, generous sharing charcuterie boards, andstone-baked sourdough pizza.
Qualification and Experience required
- Proven experiencein a similar restaurant set up
- Culinary degree orrelevant certification
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of HACCPand kitchen safety protocols
- Passion fordelivering exceptional customer experiences
