Job description

What you will do in your working day

The role will involve:


Coomber Associates will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to progress and take real responsibility for their work with oversight and advice from Chartered Surveyors along the way.

You will be involved in all aspects of our consultancy work providing you with a breadth of experience and knowledge.

The training you will be getting

Upon completion you will receive a BSc Hons Degree in Building Surveying

This degree is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), so what you learn on the course applies to the industry.

When you graduate, you'll have the academic and work-based experience that you need to register for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). Upon passing the APC, you will be a Chartered Surveyor.

This apprenticeship requires attendance one day per week on Campus at the University of Portsmouth

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

As a smaller employer, there will be ample opportunity for progress and gain independence in your work to lead smaller projects and liaise with clients and contractors as your experience grows.

Things to consider

If you do not currently have GCSE pass grades in these subjects or are unable to evidence them with a certificate, you will be required to complete a functional skills course before the apprenticeship start date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
