Operating at a very senior level, you will be responsible for leading a high profile client within the Project People Portfolio both strategically and operationally, ensuring a first-class service proposition.
You shall lead and develop all team members to hit and exceed desired objectives, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained whilst striving for continued revenue growth.
Reporting to the Directors of Project People you will take ownership of projects and manage their delivery through to completion, ensuring maximum profitability at all times, ensuring any risk is communicated and preventative measures are undertaken as agreed when needed.
You shall contribute to the sourcing of top talent by using all relevant tools and techniques.
