Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a well-established, rapidly growing family-run business based in Buckingham.
As Customer Service Executive , you will provide dedicated support to customers via telephone/email/livechat, delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- To service customers, by responding to emails, answering calls and processing orders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Dealing with any after-sale questions from your dedicated branch.
- Develop relationships with customers so the company becomes the go to supplier for all of their needs
- Manage spend of smaller clients
- Deal effectively with incoming enquiries and pass larger enquiries to Business Development Manager for a customer visit.
- Occasionally supporting the external sales team with follow up (could include updating information on the system, sending samples or quotes).
- Dealing with any questions on the online ordering portal.
- Helping with order processing for the other branch when needed.
- Keeping great service levels at all times with all customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Customer Service related role, within a B2B product related environment (PPE, Hygiene consumables, Tools, workwear etc)
- Ability to build strong lasting relationships with key customers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player
- Emotional awareness
- Strong PC Skills, proficient in Microsoft office packages
- Highly effective communication skills at all levels
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm
