We are recruiting for Permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice in the beautiful West Yorkshire town of Ilkley.
This is a large established practice comprising if a highly experienced veterinary team of 14 vets, 20 RVNs along with a fully complimented support team.
This role is full time for 4 days per week, along with 1 in 5 weekends. Part time hours can be considered. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties.
This position would suit a candidate with a couple of years post graduate experience, who is interested in working with an experienced team and improving their skills as much as possible. There may be some sole charge work on occasion but this is subject to the vet's experience. The practice fully supports development with a £1,750 CPD budget and full certificate support.
The practice is located right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and is only 30 minutes train journey from Leeds. So offers an excellent work-life balance with city and country life living.

About you:
You will be a qualified veterinary surgeon with at least 1 to 2 years of experience working within a small animal practice. You will be hard working, enthusiastic and have a strong desire to better yourself professionally. You will realise the importance of customer service and be motivated by providing top level veterinary care.
