Job description

SF Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast paced service business based in Birmingham who are looking for a Head of Finance on a permanent basis.

This is a great time to join the business as they go through a period of further growth where they will need a strong individual who can drive commercial performance and delivery of the financial plan.

Reporting into the Divisional MD, you will be responsible for partnering the business along with functional streams, as well as delivering accurate month end reporting and ensuring meaningful financial information is produced for use in the different business units.

You will also be responsible for the following:

Looking at ways to improve performance and provide better management information
Working with the central finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Management of month end processes
Relaying financial performance and risk to the business
Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will comfortable in a fast paced and demanding environment.

My client is operating a hybrid working model and you will be required to be on–site 1–2 days a week.
