What were looking for
As our Optometrist, you will provide an outstanding clinical service by providing eye tests and maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care that our loyal patients have come to expect, for years. We dont target test times; we want our patients to enjoy a thorough and professional experience, if that takes 40 minutes; so be it. Youll work with the Dispensing Opticians and Manager to ensure clinics run smoothly. There is potential to supervise less experienced Optometrists within the team and provide support where necessary. We hold daily Morning Huddles for the team where your input and contribution is welcomed. This role has potential to become a Partner in Development, and we welcome applicants who are interested in this fantastic opportunity.
