Hours: 21 hours per week, term time only. Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am – 4pm.
Salary: Hay 10 (£12,059 - £12,683 per annum).

We are seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant who is highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic to work in the School Office
The successful candidate will undertake a range of general administrative duties within the school office, including establishing, maintaining and developing administrative systems. The role involves recording and maintenance of financial and people information e.g. invoices, financial accounts, HR records.
We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent interpersonal skills, with a welcoming, friendly manner in person and on the phone

• Is IT literate

• Has a good level of education, at least 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths)
