The role of the Office Manager
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Managing the Secretarial & Business Support team
- Implementing office policies and procedures
- Coordinating with HR for recruitment and staff training
- Ensuring office equipment is maintained and serviced
- Managing office budgets and expenses
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Organising company events and meetings
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
- A degree in business management or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience of managing a team within a busy environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
