Job description
Seaforth house is a residential and respite care home for adults aged 16-60 years old with learning difficulties, sensory impairment and physical disabilities.
We are looking to employ a full time Care Assistant, to join our team. Previous experienced is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and have an interest in caring for vulnerable people. Day to day you will be responsible for providing personal care and assisting our residents with all care needs. The work environment shall be maintained to the highest standard and should be welcoming, friendly and professional. You will be required to register to the PVG disclosure scheme, alongside providing satisfactory references. An SVQ level 2 in Health & Social care or above is also advantageous but not essential. This is a challenging and varied but rewarding role. The shifts are typically around 12 hours, starting at 7:45am and finishing at 8pm. We are eager to receive your application.Job tags
