Care Assistant for a lady in Alnwick 9hrs weekly @ £12.00/hr

Lady in Alnwick area requires an enabler to support with 9hrs per week. Hours to be arranged flexibly but hoped to be 3 x 3hrs
Experience preferred of working with mental health environment and have an awareness of Mental Health issues.
Car driver required with business insurance in place – Petrol expenses will be a private arrangement between worker and client. Hours of work: 9hrs per week
Rates of Pay: £12.00 per hour
Location: Alnwick area
Main Duties:
Enabling support required with socialising and accessing the local community and visiting places of interest.
Client enjoys gardening and wildlife and wants to spend time outside walking and visiting local beaches. She enjoys peaceful places and would like someone who will be perceptive to when she needs to have quiet time and space and feel unhurried.
Support also required around shopping and help with budgeting.

Further Information: An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate (DBS) will have to be obtained for the successful candidate (at employer’s expense).
Training: Where it is required, such as in Health and Safety matters, practical training and guidance will be arranged and the care worker will be expected to attend.
