Job description
Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for a General Administrator for a prestigious manufacturing client based in Horsham.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a administration or data entry role, experience within the manufacturing industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is a temporary position but for the right candidate this could lead to a permanent position with our client.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Inputting data to allocate stock to new sales orders.
* Inputting data to produce Customer Delivery notes.
* Allocate stock to new orders.
* Book new material to stock on bespoke system.
* General filing and scanning duties.
* Handling inbound & outbound calls.
* Liaising with customers & suppliers.
* Computer literate, with strong written & verbal skills.
* Hold the ability to manage and prioritise work load, supporting the smooth running of the business.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30am - 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
