The Company – Head of Marketing Brand Recruitment are recruiting for an innovative, highly respected and growing healthcare technology and software organisation on the outskirts of the East of Cambridge. Global leaders in their specialist field, their services and products are truly changing our understanding, enabling new forms of research and life-changing treatments for patients. They are seeking a Head of Marketing to join their UK-based team, managing the function globally, looking after a team of 3 and liaising closely with the product team. The Role – Head of Marketing Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering the full-mix marketing strategy, managing a team of 3 and external agencies (for design, PR and IR).

• Creating and managing multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth.
• Developing marketing and sales materials.
• Ensuring consistent corporate communications, copywriting and proofreading.
• Collecting and reporting on campaign data, website and social traffic, market reports and research.
• Managing stakeholders.

Requirements – Head of Marketing

• Must have a B2B marketing background in life sciences, software, technology, biotech or pharmaceutical.
• Operating at senior level with line management experience and demonstrable skills in planning strategies.
• Hands-on experience, happy to get stuck in and collaborate with product, sales and research departments.
• Ideally a degree or above qualification in a relevant sector.

Location This position will be 2-3 days in the office, and the rest working remotely. Due to the location of the offices the role is suitable for those commuting from Cambridge, Milton, Newmarket, Histon, Ely, Six Mile Bottom, Waterbeach, Babraham, Exning, and most areas of wider Cambridgeshire! #J-18808-Ljbffr
