We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Fraserburgh for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This role is full time with no weekends or OOH work.
- Type: Small animal
- Hours: Full time
- OOH: None
- On-call: None
- Team: 3 vets, strong nursing team and a supportive non-clinical team
The role:
- The RVN will be expected to be dedicated to providing a high standard of patient care and be able to work well as part of a team whilst establishing excellent working relationships with clients
About them:
- They are passionate about investing in training and development of RVNs and ensure that all skills are utilised
- They have many services and facilities available, including nurse clinics, exotics, vaccinations and home visits
Team culture:
- They understand the importance of wellbeing within the practice and provide a supportive and encouraging culture
- They support all of the RVNs to pursue areas of special interest and some of the nurses have advanced qualifications
- They understand the difficulties that the vet industry can face, and they ensure that each member of staff support each other and strive each day to provide a positive and encouraging work environment
About you:
- You will have great communication skills and organisational skills and be able to work independently and also as part of a team
- They will provide an excellent service to all clients and be able to build rapport easily
Package
- Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, commensurate to experience
- Holidays: Up to 7 weeks annual leave

Must haves:
- RCVS registered and qualified or soon to be
- Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
