Residential conveyancing Paralegal - Swindon

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal / Legal assistant to join an award-winning firm with a strong market presence throughout Wiltshire. The firm aims to create positivity, excellence, and innovation from their offices in Devizes, Chippenham, Marlborough, Royal Wootton Bassett and Swindon.

You will enjoy an interesting and varied role and be responsibility for: -

• Dealing with client's matters where appropriate
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents when required
• Preparing files for billing
• Screening incoming calls
• Sorting and prioritising mail, emails and messages
• Dealing with client's matters where appropriate
• Provision of a professional & friendly service to clients with the ability to recognise when clients may be going through a difficult process.
• Commitment to the LEXCEL & Investors in People standards, the requirements of the Law Society and to understand them.
• Being familiar with the requirements of the Solicitors Accounts Rules which affect the receipt and payment into the bank of cheques and the accounting of client's monies.

To apply for this you must have previous experience as a paralegal / legal assistant within residential conveyancing.

This can be a full or part time role (over 4-5 days, 30 hours per week minimum preferred).
