Reporting Analyst - Chesterfield - (Hybrid Working) - Permanent
Salary starting at £33,000pa depending on skills and experience, annual bonus potential, company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates and generous annual leave offering of 25  days, plus bank holidays.
  Permanent, Full time 

Location: This is a hybrid position, based in Chesterfield with a requirement to work in the office 3 days each week for collaborative working. 

 

 

 

Royal Mail has a dynamic and forward-thinking Knowledge Management team. We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join us as a Reporting Analyst. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering accurate and timely information, supporting key business performance drivers.

 

You will be working as part of a large team, playing a key role in delivering centralised reporting to enable data driven decision making and timely reporting to end users.

About the Role
As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and quality assuring data for reporting purposes. Your role will include ensuring the adherence to relevant controls, reconciliations, and audit trails. You will play a vital role in guaranteeing that access, processes, and protocols are followed, allowing users of reports to utilize them effectively. Specific responsibilities include:

 
Managing and quality assuring data for reporting purposes and ensuring relevant controls, reconciliations, and audit trails are adhered to.
Ensuring adherence to access, process, and protocol standards for report users. Undertaking all reporting activities accurately within the areas supported by Knowledge Management.


Establishing and maintaining appropriate processes and process documentation. Handling customer queries and change requests to update data accurately and promptly.
Supporting a self-service culture and standardized approach to reporting activity. Performing additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
