A commercial property solicitor for a brilliant, full-service firm with 100+ professionals spread across several offices in prominent locations in and around the West End. This incredibly driven and focused firm competes with the big players across all areas of law and leads in many niche areas not found at other leading firms, and after almost 50 years on the scene, is often the one other firms look to for inspiration. They are now looking for an additional commercial property solicitor to join their expanding team.

Mian Duties

• You will join the firm’s commercial property team based their West End head office
• Undertake a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, lease extension, business sales and purchases, property finance, option agreements, overage deeds, property investment, and portfolio management, among others
• Maintain a healthy book of business from your practiced business development skills, referrals, and recommendations
• Be an integral and supportive member of the team and the firm as a whole

Requirements

• You will be a commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in commercial property
• A successful history in commercial property, a loyal following, and the necessary experience and skills to continuously build upon your client base
• Consistent quality output, the drive to succeed and move up within the firm, and the ability to connect with and offer first-rate client care to all clients across all areas of property law
• You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed

Salary & Benefits
