About the role
As an Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be supporting the co-ordination of resourcing across Early Careers Recruitment.
Partnering with stakeholders inside and outside of Tesco, whilst providing an exceptional end to end resourcing service.

You will be responsible for
- Providing support for Apprenticeship, Graduate and Office Recruitment
- Assisting with the campaign planning for the Apprenticeship and Graduate recruitment cycle
- Being the first point of contact for all candidate, hiring manager and 3rd party supplier resourcing queries
- Organising and running Assessor training upskills throughout the recruitment cycle
- Organisation of events and Discovery Centres, liaising with stakeholders across the business, candidates, and external suppliers
- Outside of the recruitment cycle gathering evidence through Management Information data, Industry insights, external providers, and stakeholders to improve processes and make plan for the next campaign
- Run weekly Management Information candidate pipeline & scoring outcomes, providing reporting which allows the relevant areas to make informed decisions.
- Provision and continued accuracy of all data on the CV management system (TribePad)
- Being the first point of contact for all candidate, hiring manager and 3rd party supplier resourcing queries
- Supporting the wider UK Resourcing team as and when required, monitoring, tracking and organising the payment for goods and services through Oracle fusion
- Constant review of processes within your remit and suggesting innovative ways of ensuring process efficiency
- Supporting with design and development of communication to changes in the recruitment process
- Always adhering to legislative policy and processes
You will need
- Experience in effective tracking of cost centres/budgets
- Strong attention for detail
- Ability to prioritise
Desirable:
- Experience with Oracle or an alternative payment tracking system
- Experience using an ATS to track candidate applications
