Position Overview:They are seeking a talented and dedicated AutoCAD expert to join their team as a Technical Designer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bringing their retail design from concepts to life, ensuring that they align with their clients' visions and meet their high-quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of retail design, the ability to collaborate with suppliers and clients, and a knack for solving complex design challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage detailed AutoCAD drawings for retail design projects.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Contract Managers to ensure project objectives are met.

Work with suppliers to source materials, fixtures, and furnishings while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Act as a confident liaison between the team and clients, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

Identify and resolve design-related issues and challenges to maintain project timelines.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a strong portfolio highlighting their technical skills in retail design.

Previous experience in retail design is highly desirable.

Demonstrated knowledge of suppliers and materials commonly used in retail spaces.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both suppliers and clients.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
