Healthcare Recruitment Consultant
What The Job Is:
We are currently recruiting a Healthcare Consultant to join our Head Office Team in Belfast and are keen to speak to candidates who have experience
in recruiting within the health and social care sector. This role involves the recruitment, selection and placement of staff within a wide range of
Healthcare sectors and companies. The post holder will be expected to develop our Healthcare Business via sales activity to a number of clients and

range of public and private sector organisations. With an 6-branch network we are the largest locally owned recruitment agency in Northern Ireland.
We pride ourselves in the service we provide to our clients and the local communities and are keen for like minded sales consultants to join our team
and our endeavour to develop our business even further.
What The Job Entails:
This is a diverse role and will include a number of key areas such as:
✔ Performing sales activity with companies to develop our Healthcare Business
✔ Servicing all existing Healthcare Business by filling vacancies in a timely manner
✔ Filling a high volume of shifts for a range of hospitals in the local area on a daily basis
✔ Placing advertisements for vacant positions
✔ Screening and interviewing applicants
✔ Processing candidates to become compliant and work ready
✔ Matching candidates to suitable roles
What We Need From You:
✔ Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
✔ Strong business development skills
✔ An excellent telephone manner
✔ Excellent computer skills
✔ A capability to complete paperwork appropriately, efficiently and effectively
✔ A sound geographical knowledge
✔ A confident ability to compose adverts, write and share social media posts and create mailshots
✔ An understanding and capability of working to Performance Indicators and Targets
✔ A valid, clean driving licence and daily access to a vehicle
What We Would Like From You:
✔ Previous experience in a similar role
✔ Recruitment industry knowledge
✔ A healthcare background will be an advantage
What We Will Offer You:
✔ £25000 per annum plus bonus structure
✔ Bonus structure payable after three months in position
✔ 30 Days paid leave per year (including statutory days)
✔ Inclusion into our company pension scheme
The Nitty Gritty:
✔ Hours of work are Monday – Friday between 8.15am – 5.30pm (38.75 hours per week)
✔ On call duties out of office hours will be necessary every 4 weeks
✔ 1 Hour lunch break
