Subject Lead of Art and Design and Technology

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flourishing and supportive school. Recently rated by Ofsted as Good (in July 2022), GTS has celebrated its best ever GCSE results, bucking national trends in terms of overall performance and closing the PP and gender gaps.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Art to join this successful department. You will also lead Design and Technology: experience of Design and Technology would be advantageous.  The successful candidate will have the capacity to raise attainment in both Art and Design and Technology through motivating and inspiring pupils and will contribute to a culture of high expectations and innovation within the school. You must have excellent communication skills, tremendous drive and great enthusiasm for teaching and learning, as well as the ability to be part of the GTS family.
