Job description
Ideally you will have the following:
- GCSE Maths and English or Equivalent
- Experience with children and/or adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and personal care along with experience with operating wheelchairs, Hoist Operation, Personal Care, Medication Administration, Etc.
- Experience supporting Learners with Complex Needs and Behavioural Needs
- A Valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
The College offer free in-house CPD courses to progress to higher pay scales throughout the academic year
