Operations Administrator
Salary £26,777
Typical working Hours 06:00-14:00 Wednesday to Sunday with some flexibility required

Fresh direct in Bicester are looking to appoint a talented Operations Administrator within the Morning Shift team. Your main focus within the role will be to provide administration support to the Depot teams to ensure that our customers’ expectations are exceeded at all times.
As Operations Administrator no 2 days will be the same, you can expect to be kept busy using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems to provide support creating customer records, processing orders along with scheduling meetings and appointments where necessary. You’ll need to be an effective communicator both face to face over the telephone and in writing taking responsibility of compliance within the depot to ensure records are up to date and with a clear audit trail. You must have proficient analytical abilities and an aptitude for problem solving in order resolve any complaints whilst investigating any shortfalls.
