Our Casualty team at DWF are currently hiring for a Paralegal.

The Casualty team act for a large number of Insurer companies, dealing with a varied caseload, ranging in value from low-end fast track to upper end multi-track work. The team mainly deal with serious injury files, including Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) and Employers Liability (EL) / Public Liability (PL) matters. The work undertaken by the team is predominantly litigated with the only pre litigation work they do being pre action disclosure applications.
We are seeking applications from those who have real interest in and/or previous experience in litigated casualty work. As well as being a team player, familiar with working in a commercial environment and, the ability to work and comply with strict deadlines. There is a high level of client contact within the role and so it is essential that you have an excellent telephone manner and are able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
