Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of recruiters and support staff to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expand market presence in Hull and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry or a related field.
- Strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
