Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This would be supporting the Financial Controller and Accountant; this is a newly generated role due to company growth.

Full Duties and Responsibilities:

• Focusing on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Balance Sheet work. Previous experience in these areas is a requirement.
• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales and bank control schedules.
• Handling the preparation and processing of journal entries for the Nominal Ledger.
• Creating and maintaining supporting schedules and reconciliations for the Balance Sheet.
• Performing additional ad hoc tasks as needed.
